We all want to be in good health, at a normal weight, and have an excellent quality of life. Healthy eating, exercising, getting a good night’s sleep, and stress reduction are the tools we need in our toolbox for a healthier and happier lifestyle.
I do understand that changing from your current diet of eating highly processed, salty, fried, and sugary foods to eating healthy meals may be difficult. Please believe me that over time your taste buds will change, and you will enjoy eating healthy. I am here to coach you to the finish line!

How often are the sessions?

A session can be scheduled weekly, twice a month, or monthly. The sessions range from 30 to 60 minutes depending upon the needs of the individual. The first session will take at least 60 minutes. It will include:

A discussion of your medical history

Weight & height

Short and long term goals

Strategies for achieving these goals

Meal Plans

Educational materials

Cost: $65 for the initial one-hour session, follow-up sessions can be one hour or 30 minutes

Cost: $35 for 1/2 hour session or $65 for one hour follow-up session
